ABOUT ME
I want to help businesses build stronger, more secure operations by combining hands-on experience with a practical approach to compliance, risk management, and anti-fraud strategies.
My 18 years of experience includes being owner and president of a transport and warehousing company in Montreal, managing a staff of 150 employees (over 100 unionized), operating a million square feet of storage space and over 400 trucks and equipment. I oversaw aspects of the business; sales, operations and marketing, however I developed an particular expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and operational efficiency, to the point where compliance and risk management are what I became most passionate about. Over the years, I led or supported more than 400 audits, both internal and client-based. These audits included quality (GMP, HACCP), operations (ISO), ethics, health & safety (CNESST), insurance, sustainability, risk and vulnerability. I’ve authored over 100 standard operating procedures and worked with clients in diverse industries to tailor systems to their specific needs.
Now, as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), I’m adding to my expertise by helping companies with fraud detection and prevention.
I offer consulting and auditing services to small and medium sized businesses seeking to enhance their compliance frameworks, reduce risk, and proactively manage fraud. What sets me apart from other independent auditors is that I have a wealth of experience sitting on both sides of the table, often identifying things less experienced auditors can miss.
