ABOUT ME
I help people and businesses anticipate, recognize, and prevent fraud with confidence, while working to debunk the shame that often keeps victims silent. In my experience, fraud awareness coaching and training sessions are best delivered in person, because interaction is the key to understanding and learning how scammers operate. Face-to-face engagement eliminates the anonymity that scammers rely on to manipulate people. My mission is to empower groups and individuals to respond to fraud proactively, turning knowledge into protection.
With 18 years of experience leading a transport and warehousing company in Montreal, I managed over 150 employees, 9 large facilities, and 500+ trucks and equipment. While overseeing operations, sales, and marketing, I developed a deep expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and operational efficiency, leading or participating in more than 400 audits spanning quality, health & safety, ethics, sustainability, and operational risk.
Now, as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), my focus is on fraud awareness coaching, guiding both individuals and businesses to strengthen internal defenses and helping fraud victims navigate the aftermath with clarity and confidence. My approach is practical, hands-on, and informed by experience sitting on both sides of an audit table, identifying risks others might overlook.
I am fluent in English and French, and I offer speaking engagements, staff coaching, and victim guidance, available for both short- and long-term engagements.
